• License Plates
Take a road trip with Dixie State College and get DIXIE SPIRIT plates. The plates feature the DSC logo. Your $25 tax-deductible donation goes to the Alumni Scholarship fund, which provides scholarships for needy students each year.
To obtain your plates, please print this form (link with the form). There are two ways to get your plates.
1. By Direct mail (Requires payment by check)
Make your donation and purchase your plates with one check, payable to the Utah State Tax Commission. The state will forward your donation to Dixie, and mail your plates and tags to your home.
2. If you are an employee of Dixie State, contribute through the WINN program on campus. You can obtain the form needed to reflect your donation for the State Tax Commission Office from the Alumni Office.
3. At the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Complete the required forms, make your donation and get your new Dixie plates on the spot.

• Alumni Apparel
Show your Dixie State College pride and tell the world you are a Rebel. A line of Alumni clothing is offered to you so you can wear the items to a ballgame, chapter meeting or just about anyplace.
