PRICES  

·         Wedding Reception — $750

·         Ceremony — $200

·         Reception & Ceremony — $950

o   Great Room (for meetings, retreats, etc.) — $175 for up to four hours

o   $50 more for each additional hour

·         Conference Room — $50 per hour

·         DSC faculty/staff discount — $50

 

*Truman Gardens area is included with all rental prices

 

RENTAL INFORMATION

·         Rental price includes one-time set-up and take down of tables and chairs (As an example, if you have an outside ceremony first, then an inside reception, alumni house staff will set up outside chairs/tables, and you will be responsible to move tables and chairs inside for reception.)

·         Linens are available in white, cream, and black for no extra charge.

·         Tables: (9) 5’ round that seats eight; (4) 6’ banquet; (1) 4’ round; (1) small, glass entry table for book signing

·         Chairs: 140 are available; max seating in Great Room is 110.

 

·         The following items are also available: Easels, TV/DVD player, keyboard, bridal changing room

·         Facility renters provide own decorations, food, servers, and basic clean up.

·         Facility renters are asked to complete a floor plan diagram indicating how tables and chairs should be arranged.
