Wedding Reception — $475 for all day of the event. This includes (6) 5’ round tables and (4) 6’ banquet tables (1) 3’ round table for the wedding cake and the glass guest book table. Table linens are included in price.
DSC Alumni Discount- $50 on Wedding Reception rental
Great Room Rental for meetings, retreats, etc. — $175 for up to four hours; $50 more for each additional hour. Linen charges will be extra.
DSC Alumni Discount — $25 on Great Room rental
Conference Room for small meetings, depositions, videoconferencing — $50 per hour
*Truman Gardens area is included with all rental prices
Rental price includes one-time set-up and take down of tables and chairs (As an example, if you have an outside ceremony first, then an inside reception, alumni house staff will set up outside chairs/tables, and you will be responsible to move tables and chairs inside for reception.)
Linens: Linens are included for six round tables, four banquet tables, and one cake table in white, cream, black, or espresso brown.
Tables:(6) 5’ round tables that each seat eight (4) 6’ banquet tables (1) 3’ round cake table (1) small, glass guest book table.
Chairs: 140 are available; max seating in Great Room is 110 in theater-style rows.
The following items are also available: Easels, TV/DVD player, electric piano, bridal changing room
Facility renters provide own decorations, food, servers, and basic clean up.
Facility renters are asked to complete a floor plan diagram indicating how tables and chairs should be arranged.
