Kristen received her ballet training at the Ballet Centre in Murray, UT. She earned her B.A. degree in ballet at Brigham Young University in 2003, where she was a member of the Theatre Ballet Company and was the principal dancer in the Ballet Showcase Company. She was also a member of the University of Utah Ballroom Dance Company and a member of the BYU Ballroom Dance Company. She was the bronze medalist in the 2002 United States Dance Sport Championships in Amateur Cabaret. She currently teaches ballet in the community and at Dixie State College.
