Megan Young, BA (Adjunct Faculty)

Megan is a native of southern Utah and trained locally in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop and musical theatre at Diamond Talent Productions. Megan graduated as Valedictorian of the Dance Department at Brigham Young University where she earned her BA Degree in Dance with a minor in Business Management. At BYU she also performed and choreographed on their Dance Ensemble Company and her dance research was chosen to be presented in the Writer’s Symposium. Megan has taught at the Academy of Ballet in Orem, UT and at The National Dance Institute of New Mexico. She is certified in the NDI Teaching Method developed by former NYC Ballet dancer Jacques d’Amboise and taught in several elementary schools in New Mexico.
