Piano at Dixie State
Piano Ensemble and Accompanying, MUSC 4433
The Piano Ensemble and Accompanying course is designed for pianists seeking a small ensemble performance experience. Students will learn accompanying skills in vocal and instrumental literature. Students will also learn and perform ensemble music for one/two pianos and four/eight hands. Classes are spent in rehearsal and development for performances. Students who successfully complete this course will gain a great awareness of small ensemble rehearsal techniques and performance.
