Nurses are truly "Making a Difference Every Day" as they meet the healthcare needs of patients across America. McKesson applauds the critical role of nurses during
National Nurses Week, May 6-12, and throughout the entire year.
In addition to supporting today's nurses with technology that helps them deliver better and safer care, McKesson is helping the next generation of nurses with educational scholarships. The McKesson Foundation recently announced a $50,000 grant to the Foundation of the National Student Nurses' Association (FNSNA) to fund fifty $1,000 undergraduate scholarships for the 2008-2009 academic year.
