Humanities courses help students understand important concepts, terms, ideas, methodologies, thinkers, and creators related to the arts, literature, philosophy, history, and social sciences.
These courses also strengthen students= ability to think critically, analytically, and concretely about important social and personal questions and to communicate those thoughts effectively in written and oral discourse.
