 RESEARCH INTERESTS 

   The relationship between the self-conscious emotions (guilt, shame, pride) and self-

   compassion within the context of romantic relationships.

 LEISURE INTERESTS

   In my free time I like to run, ride mountain bikes, hike, fish, read philosophy, history,

   and "existential" literature. I also love having summers off to spend time with my

   daughter Abby (age 6 yrs.). 

LITTLE KNOWN FACT

   I picked up the 7-10 split as an 8 year-old bowler.
