Political Science is an academic area of study that is growing and expanding at Dixie State.  In addition to Political Science 1100, American Government which fills the American Institutions requirement, courses in International Relations, Comparative Governments, and Political Thought and Theory are taught.  These courses are the lower division requirements for students desiring to major in Political Science.
