Some DSC employees are eligible to receive a cell phone allowance (or stipend) to help cover the cost of a personal cell phone.  Check with your supervisor to see if this may apply to you.

To apply for a stipend, please print the Cell Phone Stipend Form.  After completed and approved, please forward this form to Purchasing.
