The Dixie State College US Bank Visa Purchasing Card Program is designed to make purchasing small dollars items more convenient for you, and to save DSC manhours in processing paperwork for these purchases. To obtain a card, please attend a training session on the first Monday of each month at 2 pm in the Purchasing Department. Please call Jackie a few days in advance at extension 7612 or email freeman@dixie.edu to let her know you'll be attending. The following are several forms relating to the purchasing card program.
Purchasing cards may be used for services only if the vendor is a corporation. Click here for a list of vendors which are incorporated.
