Testing Center Rules and Regulations

The Testing Center is located on the first floor of the Career/Financial Aid Building across from the Library.

All DSC Classroom tests are free.

To take a DSC classroom test, the student will need to know the TEACHER’S NAME and CLASS SUBJECT.

The student must have a DSC ID card and/or Driver’s License plus a DSC Student # and/or SS#.  One must be a PICTURE ID.

If a scantron is needed for the test, the student will need to provide that.  We sell them for 30 cents.

If the student is taking a test with a fee involved, we take a check or cash at the Testing Center.  If they wish to use a credit card, they may do so at the Cashier’s Office, then bring us the receipt they will issue.  They have the cost of each test.

When the student is checked in, they will need to put all belongings in a blue bag located on the table by the door.  Take this bag with them and put it by or under their desk.  If they have a cell phone, turn it OFF and put it in a small zipper bag located on table by blue bags.

The student will be given a seat or computer number.  We keep their ID then return it to them when they give us back the seat card number or computer card number.  (They need to remember to get their ID back when they leave.)

The Testing Center is generally open seven days a week.  (Hours may be changed due to summer, holidays and school vacations.)

Check our website for open days and for testing information:  http://new.dixie.edu/testing/
