Participation Grant

 The U.S. Department of Education/TRiO Program has established a grant aid supplement to enhance retention by providing supplemental financial aid for students enrolled in Student Suport Services at Dixie State College of Utah.

Student support service participants are eligible to apply for a participation grant if they have:

1. Received a pell grant for the current year

2. Been a member of SSS for at least one semester

3.  Completed an updated Student Education Plan

4. Completed semester visits with an SSS advisor

5.  Maintained a cumlative grade point average of at least 2.5

6. Returned a midterm grade check form to an SSS advisor

 7. Attended SSS activities and workshops
